Women's Retreat

Our theme this year will help us experience and grow closer to an understanding that God does provide for our every need in our busy lives as women! Rev. Dr. Jan Yandell, pastor from East Shore UMC will lead! Jan is a gifted leader, has provided leadership is so many areas of ministry including the Nehemiah Project, a mission project of the North Coast District.

If your first thought is that you are too busy to attend a weekend retreat, you need this weekend retreat! We have changed the format to a 24 hour experience to accommodate busy lives and will include some free time for relaxation. We will arrive at beautiful Camp Wanake on Friday, October 5th at 7:00 pm and will close with supper Saturday evening. We will have comfortable accommodations in an adult retreat center which is handicap accessible. The retreat center has meeting rooms, bedrooms, showers and a kitchen facility. Meals are just a short walk or drive away and are provided by the camp staff.

The cost for the entire retreat including three meals, overnight lodging, and a welcome gift is $50. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to Rev. I will be attending the women's retreat on October 7th and 8th and have enclosed a deposit of $25. The remainder is due before the retreat.
